All of my bridal illustrations are created with high-quality, archival materials (apart from the premium alcohol markers for the Couture Fashion Illustration - in which case a fine art print is also provided) to ensure the longevity of your artwork. For sketches and line drawings, I use black fineliner pens, selected for their precision and ability to create crisp, lasting lines or calligraphy ink and dip pens. The artwork is completed on high-quality, acid-free paper to maintain its integrity over time.Each bridal illustration is an exclusive, handcrafted piece, created with the same delicate artistry as haute couture sketches. To preserve its vibrancy, I recommend framing under UV-protected glass and keeping it away from direct sunlight—just as you would cherish your wedding dress itself.2. Can I choose the colours for my illustration?
Currently, I specialise in black and white ink illustrations for their timeless elegance and sophistication (The Floral Couture Illustration). The Couture Fashion Illustration will incorporate any colours and embellishments per my artisitic interpretation.3. How will my artwork be delivered?
Your bespoke bridal artwork will arrive in carefully curated packaging to ensure it remains pristine during transit.Packaging: Your illustration will be wrapped in archival glassine paper and placed in a handcrafted keepsake box, finished with silk ribbon.
Shipping: All UK commissions include tracked and insured shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance for a guaranteed, safe, and signature-required delivery. Delivery is included in the price.4. What is the shipping time for my order?
Each bespoke illustration is crafted with care.For The Atelier Experience please allow up to 28 days for completion of your order. Once completed, shipping typically takes 1–3 days within the UK. If you need your order sooner, please let me know, and I will try to accommodate expedited requests for an additional fee.5. Do you offer framing?
At this time, I do not offer framing services. However, I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be framed. I recommend you source a professional framer to preserve and display your piece beautifully.6. Can I make changes to my artwork once the process has begun?
Due to the bespoke nature of my work, any changes requested after the initial concept is approved may incur additional fees. I will ensure to work closely with you during the consultation process to ensure that your vision is clear and fully realised before I begin the artwork. If there is a requirement for me to request your opinion on a particular element, I will get in touch via email.7. What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
Although I take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, accidents can occasionally happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will assess the situation and make arrangements to repair or replace your artwork where necessary.8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, I offer commissions to UK based clients only.9. How do I place an order?
To begin your bespoke commission, please fill out the contact form with details about your artwork request. After reviewing your requirements, I will set up a consultation to discuss your vision and confirm pricing. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission, with the balance due upon completion.10. What is the price of shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of all commissions. This covers tracked, insured delivery within the UK, ensuring your artwork arrives safely and on time.11. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the work, all commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations made before the artwork process begins (within 48 hours of full payment) will be refunded in full, minus any deposit paid to secure the commission.12. Can I order additional prints of my artwork?
Yes! You can order additional fine art prints of your Couture Fashion Illustration or any other piece in the Atelier collection. Please contact me for pricing and availability.

Services and OrdersBookings & Commissions: By booking a commission with Anureet Sra, you agree to provide accurate details regarding your order. All commissions are subject full payment up front and for The Atelier Experience, a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Please note that the commissions are artistic interpretations of the dress and not a photo replica.
Delivery & Timing: Commissions will be completed within 21 days of the final consultation or order confirmation unless otherwise specified. Custom artwork may take additional time depending on the complexity.
Pricing: Prices are as stated on the website or upon inquiry. Anureet Sra reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Clients will be notified of price changes before confirming any new orders.3. Payment TermsPayment for commissions is split into two parts: a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the commission.
Payments are processed via secure methods listed on the website (Stripe).
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable.4. Cancellation & Refund PolicyCommissions may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Due to the bespoke nature of the services, no refunds will be provided once the work has been started.5. Copyright and Use of ArtworkAll commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of Anureet Sra until full payment has been received.
Upon completion of a commission and full payment, the client will receive the right to use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., framing, gifting).
Anureet Sra retains the right to display, reproduce, or use commissioned artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.6. Limitation of LiabilityAnureet Sra will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from delays in the completion or delivery of artwork.
